Responsibilities include overall supervision and management of activities of the institute with particular involvement in matters of Administration and Finance and Geotechnical Research. Responsibilities also include supervising and guiding the ongoing study works of Hydraulic Research Directorate. Responsibilities further include budget preparation, assessing the technical and other needs for smooth operation of research activities, maintaining liaison with the clients and explaining to them importance and need of RRI services and facilities to support sustainable development of water resources of the country, exploring possibilities for technical co-operation with other water sector organizations in home and abroad, seeking ways and means for capacity building of the institute as well as human resource development. etc.

Working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point. Have access to Internet.

WORKSHOP/SEMINAR

Attended numerous workshops and seminars during professional career. Attended 3rd International Conference on Water and Flood Management held in Dhaka during 8-10 January 2011.
